Go to the corner of W 49 S and S 15th E. Turn North down S 15th E and follow the road till you reach Elk Creek Dr on your right. Turn Right onto Elk Creek Dr. Follow the road and take your first immediate right into the parking lot. Starting at Evan O. Johnson, DMD on your right, heading south, it will be the 3rd building on your right.
If you miss the first right turn into the parking lot continue down Elk Creek Dr and turn right down Shady Pine Drive. Take your first immediate right and drive straight through the parking lot till you face Evan O Johnson, DMD. Then follow the instructions above. – starting at Evan O Johnson DMD, heading south, it will be the third building on your right.
